The location was lovely as was the food. However the tour was rushed and the overall experience was one of an American sales pitch. Your wines are nice, but not so good that we wanted to pay your high prices. We visited two more wineries in the region where we enjoyed the experience and the wine more, and bought multiple bottles, many of which were numbered bottles of limited quantities.

The wine was very good and our sommelier was very friendly. The food was just OK, especially for the price. I also feel a little tricked because we purchased ahead online and only the €55 option was shown as available. When we got there, people were ordering the less expensive options. I wish we would’ve had that opportunity instead of being forced to buy the most expensive option online.

The only thing 2/3 of my party would have liked is more of a tour. For me it was just the right length. The tour itself was 10/15 minutes. Had we known we would have just booked dinner

This experience was amazing. I am a wine lover from Australian wine region and the wines here were impeccable.

I booked this tour just for myself, no one at the venue made me feel odd or asked why, in fact they were all so welcoming. I started with a one on one tour of the vineyard, and was taken on a journey through the wines by Vincenzo. He was so hosbitable and explained each sample, he also had some amazing recommendations.

I was also welcomed by the other staff (shout out to manuele who discussed the amalfi coast with me).

I would highly recommend this, the value for money is amazing considering the high quality of service, food and of course wine!

We did the wine tasting last week. It was the highlight of our trip to Europe. Friendly and attentive staff. Great food and most importantly great wine, olive oil, and limoncello. In case you have kids… my 17 and 19 year old loved it too. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! The tour, tasting and lunch exceeded our expectations. The lunch was gourmet. The wines were wonderful and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Our tickets were for 1pm. We arrived 30 minutes early. No problem. We were seated at the same time as those who had booked for 12:30. Lovely selection of wines and lovely selection of food. We had to ask about the tour of the vineyards as there wasn't clear instruction about this - it was included.
Overall a most enjoyable couple of hours

Although the wine was very good. The ancient Pompeii meal was not very convincing to be honest. It was a good activity on a rainy day

We came in and a very nice lady told us a view things. She was really nice. Unfortunately that was only 5 minutes.

At the lunch table the staff was friendly but everybody was very chaotic. Three times we got the wrong dish en after our starter we just got our dessert and the waiter said so after this it is finished. After a view minutes he came back and told us he made a mistake. After lunch we did not get a tour. So we were really disappointed.

A nice relaxing afternoon in the gardens with a great introduction to the wines before a very nice meal. Recommended for a chilled afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences during our Pompei trip! The wines are wonderful, staff welcoming and winery itself its a fantastic place to relax from the other tourist attractions. Food served was also absolutely great!! Will be coming back!

We had an amazing experience at Bosco De Medici winery. They picked us up on time from the ruins, gave us a beautiful tour, and served us one of the more incredible lunches (with wine sampling!) that we had in Italy. The Sommelier suggested amazing wines to take back as Christmas gifts. We shipped some back and they arrived only in a matter of weeks! Excellent experience!

The tour was very nice and the staff extremely friendly. The grounds are beautiful and we learned a lot about the wine making process and how the vineyard was founded. The meal was excellent and wine was amazing. The wine and food paired very well and the atmosphere was perfect. I would recommend anyone visiting Pompeii to take some time to do a tour and tasting.

My wife and I were on our 10 Year Anniversary trip and came across this winery while searching online for things to do in Pompeii (besides the obvious) and we are so glad we found it! It was very easy to book the Ancient Pompeii Tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the vineyard including the surprise stop at the ruins that were discovered next to the vineyard! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable, and being taken around on the golf cart was a saving grace given the high temperature that day! Afterwards we started our tasting lunch, which was delicious, and we enjoyed all the wines that paired along with it. As a bonus, our server was so kind to let us try a few extra wines without any additional charges. We ended up purchasing six bottles to ship back to our home in the U.S; they have a pricing sheet that includes the cost of shipping and taxes for every wine. We found the staff to be kind and attentive. This was one of our favorite days while we were in Italy and would highly recommend this winery to our friends. In fact, we did just that to a couple friends and they booked a tour there as well. Cheers!

This was a super highlight of our trip. After visiting Pompeii for a few hours, we drove to the winery at a reserved time. It was a delicious wine tasting and lunch, and we bought a case to take with us for the next two weeks to share with friends along the way. You need to make reservations, and they will provide a very restful reprieve from the sightseeing of Pompeii.

What can I say about the food?
They bring a small piece of meat and was around warm and in the middle frozen, I dont know how they manage to do that.
Really it was waste of money and time as well.

We had a great time tasting wine at the Ancient Pompeii Tasting. We started our experience with a visit to the Vineyard where we saw the grapes used to make the wine we were about to taste. We even had the opportunity to see an active archaeological dig on the outskirts of the site, which was an unexpected bonus. The tour guide was friendly and spoke English very well. The tour finished in the winery, where we posed for photos with wine amphoras and sampled the sparkling wine. The food was excellent and the wines well paired. They were particularly good at accommodating my nut allergy, which I appreciated greatly. The setting was the real showstopper; we ate in the shade of grape vines, which really added to the experience of the wine tasting. Overall, I would highly recommend a trip here is visiting Pompeii and it is a real change in pace from the more touristy areas of the city. Just bear in mind, if arriving on foot, it is around a 40 minute walk from Pompeii main station so make sure to factor in time.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience to immerse ourselves in the rich culture and history of Pompeii whilst enjoying authentic Italian wine and cuisine. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional, adding to an already enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this experience to friends and family and look forward to visiting once again in future.

Ancient Pompeii tasting is one of the best and unique experiences in Italy. The staff and sommelier were very accommodating as we arrived a little late from the Amalfi Coast. The winery is beautiful, clean, and Mount Vesuvius provided a perfect backdrop. The wine samples as well as the food were delicious. Although the winery tour was negligible, the guide was knowledgeable and the golf cart ride was enjoyable. It is a highly recommended experience.

They had a wedding the day we were onsite, so they seemed to be a bit short-staffed so we sat for quite sometime without any recognition. The wine presentation was nice. Four wines which were good and hey provided a good size pour. The meal was good but it was nothing like as advertised on the website-completely different menu. It would have been nice to have them explain what we were eating especially since it was not what we were expecting.

Our tour guide at Bosco di Medici was Nadia and she was excellent. The wines we tasted were also very good. We had reserved, however, the wine tasting and pranzo (lunch) experience and it was the food that was a problem. I have celiac disease and must be on a strict gluten free diet. I mentioned this when I made the reservation and was assured there was no problem - the chef would accommodate my dietary needs . It turned out it was, indeed, a problem. Each course came out with something that was not gluten free and I needed to continue reminding them. Evidently, I did eat something that either had gluten or was cross-contaminated because I ended up being sick for hours later. If you don’t have food allergies…then the experience will be lovely. If, like me, you DO have food allergies…you may want to consider going elsewhere.
